Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at www.pulhydration.com. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping times

Standard shipping is FREE and typically takes 3-5 business days for delivery. 

Expedited shipping is available- delivery dates and shipping costs may vary.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur. For any questions or concerns you may have please contact support@hyduro.com.

Refund Policy

You may return your fully functional and undamaged PÜL product for any reason within 30 days of receipt of your original order for a full refund or exchange. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

To return your PÜL product, please follow these steps:

  1. Please submit a return request to our customer care team here  to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return address.
  2. Carefully pack the product with all accessories originally included with your purchase so that it will not be damaged during shipping. We suggest using the original packaging if possible.
  3. Mark the RMA number clearly on the original packaging and outside of the package.
  4. Ship the product to the address we provide.

You are responsible for and must prepay all return shipping charges. You assume all risk of loss or damage to the product while in transit to us. We recommend that you use a traceable method of shipping for your protection. If the product is damaged or accessories originally included in your purchase are missing, PÜL reserves the right to either refuse the return or to charge for any damage to the product and for any missing parts.
